Hi everyone,

I'm not from Germany nor England, but from Sweden.

The reason I'm posting here is simply because I have a question that seems impossible to be answered on either the US and Swedish Focus ST forum.

Where can I get lowering springs for my estate/wagon model, except for the Eibach 25/10 whom I think lowering the car to less?
Is there any other options, and if so. Where can I buy them?

I would also like to see some pictures of lowered estates if that is possible? :)

Many thanks in advance.

And if you can't write in English I can translate the German text with Google.

BTW, this is mine..

Hi Mattias,
Have a look at this thread
http://www.focusstforum.de/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=2583&start=10

There is a white estate with H&R springs and 20mm distance plates on each side.

Check out this link for purchase

Cheers

Thanks guys!

It looks pretty good with the spacers installed. Is there another option that lowering more than 25mm for the estate?

Hi!

I've been talking to the guys at "Compact Sport Cars" and they recommend me to buy the 20mm Eibach spacers:
http://www.compactsportscars.de/automarke/ford/ford-focus-st-2-0-ecoboost-ab-2012/fahrwerk-handling/spurverbreiterung/eibach.html

Are these spacers "bolt on"?

Also, you think the tires will scare/rub in the fender if I also install the 25mm H&R lowering springs?

Thanks! :)

Hi Arson,

the user ST Teufel in the thread I linked above has exactly this combination: H&R springs (25mm) and 20mm distance plate on each wheel. He hasn't mentioned any problems yet, in opposite, he is really happy now...
Back to your question: at the moment I do not know any alternative spring which brings the estate lower than 25 as the H&R. For the sedan there is a complete kit from Bilstein

but it is not out yet for the estate.

Thanks for the answer! :)

I think 25 mm lowering springs will be fine after all, especially with the 20 mm wheel spacers installed. The important thing is that nothing else goes wrong (handling, rubbing etc.).

According to him the handling is much better now, thanks to the springs and the spacers. But do not hesitate to contact him.
